We cannot supply or source alcohol under any circumstances due to licensing requirements — that's your responsibility. However, if you need help connecting with a quality alcohol distributor, we're happy to provide referrals. This gives you full control over your drink selection and budget while we handle all the logistics and service. You get to keep any remaining product not used!

$150/hr + $150 setup fee, 3-hour minimum
Plus: $2.50/guest essentials fee (min $50, max $150)

What is "The Quick Pour"

Quick Pour is our streamlined service option designed for shorter events.
$50 setup + $200/hour
Available for 1–3 hour bookings
Portable setup (no trailer or bar)
Streamlined drink menu: up to 4 beers, 2 wines, 2 cocktails
Essentials fee included in pricing
Perfect for birthday parties, small celebrations, rehearsal dinners
Example pricing:
1 hour: $250 total ($50 setup + $200)
2 hours: $450 total ($50 setup + $400)
3 hours: $650 total ($50 setup + $600)

Just straightforward, quick, professional service — no hidden fees.

The client or venue provides the space for tending bar.

What is the Essentials Fee

Bar Essentials Fee:
$2.50 per guest (The Outpost & The Reserve)
Minimum: $50 per event (approximately 20 guests)
Maximum Cap: $200 per event (80 guests and up)
Included in Quick Pour pricing
Covers:
Cups & napkins
Straws & garnishes (citrus, herbs, mixers)
Ice
Disposable service items

The fee is calculated at approximately $2.50 per guest with a minimum charge of $50 and capped at $150 for larger events to help keep pricing fair and predictable for everyone.

How does travel distance & pricing work?

First 30 miles: Included in our pricing based out of 77586
Additional mileage: Quoted based on distance

We calculate travel charges fairly and transparently. When you request a quote for your location, we'll provide the exact mileage charge.

Just let us know your venue location and we'll give you a custom quote right away.

How much does it cost?

Base Service Rates:
The Outpost: $150/hr + $50 setup fee, 3-hour minimum = $500 base (plus essentials fee)
The Reserve: $150/hr + $150 setup fee, 3-hour minimum = $600 base (plus essentials fee)
Quick Pour: $50 setup + $200/hour, 1–3 hour bookings only (essentials included)

Add-ons & Customizations:
Additional Bartender: $150
Additional Hours (after minimum): $100/hour (does not apply to Quick Pour)
Ice Supply*: $25
Custom Menu Consultation: $50

*Gas & Ice market pricing is subject to event-by-event assessment based on distance, venue setup, and requirements.

For events exceeding 80 guests, we require a second bartender ($150) to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations throughout your event.
